This beer emerged from a special brewing session in which a single base recipe was developed into five distinct variants. The glass reveals a reddish-brown colour. The aroma presents brown candy sugar, light caramel and prunes. The palate follows with similar notes: sweet caramel tones, hints of liquorice and dark fruit, punctuated by the subtle heat of pepper. This creates an interesting flavour dynamic without overwhelming the underlying quadrupel character. At 10% alcohol, this beer carries enough body and warmth for leisurely appreciation.
