Brouwerij Eanske began in 2013 as a contract brewery and evolved into a small craft operation rooted in the city. The 1325 marked the start of their distinctive range, where local heritage and refined taste profiles were central to their brewing philosophy. Though the brewery closed its doors in 2025, this beer remains a notable chapter in Enschede's beer heritage.
