This robust 12% ABV beer blends barley and rye with dried raisins, creating a matured, fruit-forward character. The name honours the Flandrien – the classic cyclist who wins hearts through grit and determination. Like this archetype, the beer refuses compromise: a full body with sweet raisin notes, balanced by a gentle bitterness in the finish. The beer opens beautifully over time and improves even after several weeks in the glass. Serve at 8–10°C to fully appreciate its complexity.
