Bean Butcher is an ambitious pastry stout from Moersleutel Craft Brewery in Alkmaar. At 11% ABV, this dark brew brings together four carefully selected cocoa beans: vanilla from Costa Rica and Tahiti, cacao, and tonka. The result is a complex, full-bodied stout where sweet cocoa notes, coffee, and subtle woody accents interweave.

For Bean Butcher, they selected four favourite patisserie beans and infused 140 kilos of custom-roasted cocoa into the brew.
