Brauhaus Riegele's Kellerbier draws on a brewing heritage stretching back to 1386 in Augsburg, Bavaria. This unfiltered, unpasteurised cellar beer develops its character through time and cool fermentation. The result is a hazy golden lager with a creamy, velvety texture and clean finish. Aromas of roasted grain and fresh bread lead into a palate of toasted malt sweetness and light biscuit notes. Mandarina Bavaria, Simcoe and Amarillo hops weave through with herbal spice and hints of green apple. The finish is dry and balanced, free from harsh bitterness.
