Goliath Blond is a Belgian blonde ale from Brasserie des Légendes, brewed at 6% ABV. The brewery emerged in 2006 from the merger of two traditional Belgian breweries, combining heritage brewing techniques with quality ingredients—malt, hops, yeast and pure water. The beer presents a bright golden colour with a fine head. On the nose, citrus, pineapple and floral hop notes emerge. The palate opens with sweet, fruity character and light malty caramel, followed by tropical fruit and citrus flavours with herbal undertones. A moderate bitterness develops through the finish, leaving a dry, refreshing aftertaste that lingers gently.
