Biermunitie Fennek Weizen is a Dutch take on the classic German wheat beer style. This beer emerged from a distinctive brewing approach: a single base batch of 2000 litres at Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groenlo was finished in five different ways, each developing its own fruity character. The Fennek presents as a crisp weizen with pleasing balance. The nose shows typical wheat beer markers: banana and clove. The palate follows with the same fruity notes, supported by the soft sweetness of wheat malt. An approachable beer that respects German weizen tradition without unnecessary complexity.
