Funky Falcon is the flagship of Two Chefs Brewing, Amsterdam's independent craft brewery established in 2012. This American Pale Ale is a light, fresh and crushable brew, named after the distinctive hop varieties that define its character.

The aroma brings lemongrass, citrus and floral notes. On the palate, lemongrass shines through clearly, complemented by citrus hop character and a pleasant bitterness. The beer finishes clean and refreshing, inviting another sip.
