Bavaria 0.0% Gold is an alcohol-free pilsner from Swinkels Family Brewers in Lieshout, built on over 40 years of non-alcoholic brewing expertise. After an intensive five-year development, an innovative brewing installation was created that removes alcohol at very low temperature while preserving the signature pilsner character. The brewery draws on mineral water from its own spring and malt from its own malthouse. Bavaria 0.0% Gold delivers the crisp, clean taste of a traditional pilsner with subtle malt sweetness and a satisfying finish. The beer earned gold at the Brussels Beer Challenge 2025, proving that alcohol-free brewing need not compromise on flavour or quality.
