Bitburger Premium Pils is a classic German pilsner from Bitburger Brewery in Bitburg, with roots tracing back to 1817. Brewed to the German Beer Purity Law, it contains only water, barley malt, hops and hop extract. At 4.8% ABV, this is a refined interpretation of the pilsner style. The aroma presents biscuity malt, spice and light citrus hop character. On the palate it is crisp and clean, with a delicate malt backbone and restrained bitterness typical of the style. The finish is dry and bright, with subtle herbal and nutty undertones.
