Budweiser Budvar B: Original is the flagship of Budějovický Budvar brewery, brewing in České Budějovice since 1895. This classic Czech pilsner is crafted using traditional methods with Moravian malt, Žatec (Saaz) whole hops, and water drawn from a 300-metre deep artesian well. Extended lagering of up to 90 days in the brewery's cellars builds remarkable depth and balance into every batch. The nose carries grain and malted barley with a clean, inviting character. On the palate, malt leads the way, followed by a firm but restrained hop bitterness. The finish is dry and crisp, with a subtle herbal and peppery edge that lingers pleasantly.
