Polock en Rouge from Birrificio Italiano reimagines an ancient Polish brewing style with an alchemic twist. This Grodziskie is brewed almost exclusively with smoked wheat malt, hefty doses of hops, and raspberries added during the brewing process. The taste is fruity and acidic with a light body animated by the fleshy, juicy character of the berries.
