Browar Dziki Wschod

Browar Dziki Wschód (Wild East Brewery) is a craft brewery founded in 2016 in Lublin, situated in the heart of eastern Poland. The name — meaning 'Wild East' — reflects both its geographical roots and its bold, untamed approach to brewing. From its very beginnings, the brewery positioned itself as a brand with a soul, drawing inspiration from the rich cultural heritage and frontier spirit of the eastern Polish region. With a portfolio of over 30 beers, Browar Dziki Wschód covers a wide range of styles, from hop-forward American Pale Ales like Czaj Apacza to experimental seasonal brews such as the pumpkin beer MEKWI and tart fruit beers like Wild Wild East Cranberry/Pineapple Tart. The brewery is also known for its Monument series, which includes bold imperial stouts with creative adjunct combinations such as peanut, waffle, and bourbon notes, showcasing a clear passion for pushing stylistic boundaries. Browar Dziki Wschód has built a strong following in the Polish craft beer scene and regularly participates in prominent events such as the Warsaw Beer Festival. Their motto — 'Go East Go Wild' — captures the adventurous spirit that defines both their beers and their identity as a brewery.
