Brouwerij Brouwersnös
Netherlands
Brouwerij Brouwersnös is a craft brewery located in the heart of Groenlo, a small historic town in the Achterhoek region of the Netherlands. The brewery was founded in response to a felt need among the inhabitants of Groenlo, who longed for a locally brewed beer that truly represented their community and its deep-rooted love for brewing. The brewery found its home in Villa Adriana, a historic location with a rich history in the picturesque town of Groenlo. Brouwersnös offers a diverse portfolio of beers rooted in traditional Dutch and Belgian brewing styles. Their range includes a Vier Granen Blond called Willemken at 5.6% ABV, a Herfstbok at 8.2% ABV, as well as Tripel and Quadrupel styles, showcasing a commitment to both session-friendly and stronger specialty beers. The brewery is also known for its innovative approach, having produced a single base batch of 2,000 litres that was then split into five different fruity variants. Brouwersnös has also collaborated with major names in Dutch brewing, including a joint project with Royal Grolsch to brew specialty beers for the Battle of Grolle, a celebrated local event. The brewery is considered a worthwhile visit, with Villa Adriana providing a characterful setting that reflects the brewing heritage of the Achterhoek.
