La Maousse Mexican Cake Edition is an Imperial Stout from Brasserie l'Apaisée in Carouge, Switzerland, at a robust 12% ABV. This beer emerged from a distinctive brewing experiment: a single 2000-litre base brew was developed into five fruity variants in collaboration with Brouwerij Brouwersnös.
