Biga is an ambitious creation from Birra del Borgo, the Italian brewery from Borgorose known since 2005 for experimental brewing approaches. This beer blends three distinct styles: a saison brewed with spelt and wild yeast, combined with elements of other brewing traditions into a single coherent expression.
