Wispe Wit is the flagship beer of Wispe Brouwerij, a craft brewery founded in 2009 by three brothers in Weesp, a town on the Vecht river with brewing roots stretching back to the 14th century. The brewery operates from a historic church, reviving the region's lost brewing tradition.

This witbier draws its character from coriander, orange peel and elderberry. The result is fresh and citrus-forward with a pleasant tartness balancing the light sweetness. The beer has a light to medium body, soft carbonation and an engaging mouthfeel.
