Lentebok
Wispe Lentebok is a seasonal spring bock from Amsterdam-based Wispe, brewed in the historic town of Weesp. This bottom-fermented beer is crafted with traditional malts and arrives as the brewing season begins in earnest. At 6.5% ABV, it delivers a characterful, malty expression suited to the first warm days of spring.
Wispe was founded in 2009 by three brothers—Jerrit, Jitze and Remko Vellenga—determined to restore brewing to Amsterdam. Weesp, situated on the river Vecht, boasts a brewing heritage stretching back to the 14th century, when the region's clean water made it an ideal brewing location.
