Bolwerck 10 is the Quadrupel from Wilskracht Stadsbrouwerij Ravenstein, brewed in the historic mill of Ravenstein. This robust 10% ABV beer builds on the base of Bolwerck 8, strengthened with carefully selected malts and candi sugar. Coriander adds a distinctive herbal character.

Dark brown in colour and full-bodied on the palate. The aroma shows malt, brown sugar and hints of red fruit, supported by coriander. On the tongue, malt and caramel dominate, with candy sweetness and subtle red fruit notes, all balanced by the herbal spice.
