Wicked Weed Funkatorium is a Belgian-style saison from Wicked Weed Brewing in Asheville, North Carolina. Brewed with barley, wheat, and rye from Riverbend Malthouse alongside New Zealand hops, this beer is open fermented to develop pleasant pear esters and a well-balanced fermentation character.

The Funkatorium, opened in October 2014, serves as Wicked Weed's dedicated sour and wild beer facility, marking the first major sour beer taproom on the East Coast. At 4.2% ABV, this saison delivers traditional Belgian character with subtle fruit complexity and a clean, dry finish.
