Weihenstephaner

Pils

Weihenstephaner Pils originates from the world's oldest continuously operating brewery, located on the grounds of the former Weihenstephan Abbey in Bavaria. This is no ordinary pilsner: it displays a full, robust character with subtle sweetness that sets it apart from standard examples of the style.

The nose reveals floral and herbal notes complemented by gentle malt sweetness. On the palate, a balanced interplay emerges: clean, crisp hop bitterness supported by soft malt character and a grainy backbone. The finish remains dry with a lingering, subtle bitterness that does not overpower.

Medium-bodied with bright carbonation, this pilsner rewards attentive drinkers who appreciate the depth of Bavarian brewing tradition rather than seeking an everyday thirst quencher.
