Weihenstephaner Infinium

Infinium is a landmark collaboration between Boston Beer Company and Weihenstephaner, the world's oldest continuously operating brewery (established 1040). Two years of development resulted in this champagne-style beer, brewed using only the four traditional ingredients: malted barley, hops, water and yeast.

It pours a clear golden amber with a thick, persistent head. The aroma is dry and fruity with spicy undertones and crisp acidity. On the palate, malt sweetness emerges alongside fruit and a pronounced but well-integrated alcohol warmth that defines the high gravity.

The finish is dry and effervescent, with a lingering elegance. This is an ambitious beer for special occasions—a bridge between centuries of Bavarian brewing tradition and a bold new expression of the brewer's art.
