Hefeweissbier
Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier is brewed at the world's oldest continuously operating brewery, located on the site of the former Weihenstephan Abbey in Freising, Bavaria. Brewing has taken place here since 1040.
This authentic Bavarian wheat beer pours hazy golden-yellow with a full body and smooth, creamy mouthfeel. The aroma leads with bread and yeast character, complemented by notes of banana and clove—hallmarks of traditional Bavarian yeast fermentation. The palate balances sweet fruit and wheat flavours with restrained hop bitterness, finishing clean and harmonious.
At 5.4% ABV, this is an approachable everyday beer that pairs well with fish, seafood and pungent cheese.
