Weihenstephaner Braupakt
Braupakt is a rare collaboration between two breweries steeped in tradition: Weihenstephan from Bavaria and Sint-Bernardus from Belgium. This blonde ale marries Bavarian malt and yeast with Belgian hops, brewed in accordance with the 1516 Purity Law.
The nose opens with doughy bread, banana and clove. On the palate, a fresh and balanced character emerges: soft malt meets pronounced but pleasant hop bite, with gentle fruity undertones. The finish is clean and lingering, with a welcoming warmth.
This is a beer that defies easy classification yet drinks with remarkable harmony—a genuine meeting of two brewing traditions, each enhancing the other.
