Xolot is Walhalla Brouwerij & Proeflokaal's Aztec-inspired black IPA, crafted by the Amsterdam microbrewery. This beer marries dark roasted malts with vibrant hop character. Tropical fruit and citrus aromas from Citra and Simcoe hops blend with coffee and chocolate notes from the grain bill.

The flavour strikes an intentional balance: fruity hop notes against dark malt tones, finishing dry and bitter with echoes of dark chocolate. At 6.5% alcohol, the beer feels substantial without heaviness, with a clean bitterness that doesn't overpower.
