Soixante-Neuf
Vossen met de Meynen Soixante-Neuf is a golden blonde ale brewed with top fermentation and bottle conditioning. This Belgian beer was developed in 2012 through a collaboration between Vossen met de Meynen and Brouwerij Anders. The recipe balances fruity sweetness with tropical notes of pineapple, apricot and papaya, finishing with a gentle bitterness.
The bright golden colour supports a thick white head. Aromas of pineapple and vanilla pudding lead into a light-bodied palate where tropical fruit flavours shine. The finish is refined and soft, with a restrained bitterness that complements rather than dominates the overall character.
