Volfas Engelman Beer Mail is a pale ale from the historic Lithuanian brewery of the same name, founded in Kaunas in 1853. This beer has an unconventional origin: a single base batch of 2,000 litres was divided into five distinct fruity variations by Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groenlo. At 5.6% ABV, it strikes an approachable balance with fruity character that reflects this experimental brewing approach.

The nose reveals fresh, fruity notes with tropical fruit undertones and gentle malt sweetness. On the palate it comes across as light-bodied and smooth, with a balanced hoppy bitterness that never overwhelms. The finish is clean and dry, inviting another sip.
