Into the Night is an imperial stout from Vocation Brewery in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, created in collaboration with Van Moll Craft Beer. This bold, dark beer (11.5% ABV) is brewed with rye, chocolate malt and special crystal malts, then matured on figs, cinnamon and green cardamom. The combination yields a layered profile of warm spice, sweet fruit character and rich cocoa notes.

With 45 IBU of bitterness, the beer maintains good balance and supports the full body without overpowering the palate. This is a stout designed for slow enjoyment, particularly suited to cooler evenings.
