Birra Baladin Botanic is a non-alcoholic blonde ale from the Italian brewery Baladin, based in Piozzo, Piedmont. Brewed with 100% Italian ingredients—barley malt, wheat, Italian hops, and a blend of spices and botanicals including coriander, gentian root, chamomile, and cannabis sativa.

On the palate, the clean body surprises with its freshness and lingering balsamic notes. The barley malt character emerges clearly, balancing well with the herbal and botanical additions. The finish shows a pleasant, assertive bitterness.
