Bruismelk is an American IPA from Vleesmeester Brewery in Edegem, brewed specifically for the Bruismelk Festival. This 6.5% beer bridges two IPA traditions, combining classic American hop character with the fruity, hazy qualities of a New England style.

The aroma is led by exotic fruit notes: passion fruit, mango, lychee and pineapple. On the palate, fruity esters meet a clean, pleasantly light bitterness that doesn't linger aggressively, allowing the fruit to remain the focus.

A refreshing interpretation that respects both American and modern IPA styles without committing entirely to either.
