Kasteel Brouwerij Vanhonsebrouck matures its Kasteel Tripel for at least six weeks in recycled cognac casks to create Trignac XII. This refined expression of the classic Belgian Tripel gains depth and sophistication from its barrel aging, transforming the base beer into something more complex.

The beer presents as golden and clear, topped with a white head. The aroma reveals the influence of the cask alongside fruity notes of grapes and sweet apple. On the palate, full sweetness emerges with honey, nutty character, and caramel, all supported by the warmth of 12% alcohol.
