Nognietnaar Huismus is Bird Brewery's third release, brewed in the Netherlands since 2016. This American Brown Ale displays a chestnut hue with a full body and persistent head. The nose reveals nuts, cocoa and coffee notes alongside fruity character.

On the palate, caramel and roasted malt flavours emerge, balanced by restrained bitterness and hop presence. Despite its dark appearance, the beer drinks with unexpected freshness and drinkability.
