Gans Gut from Bird Brewery in Amsterdam is a Hopfenweizen part of their 'Learn to Taste' series. It shares the same weizen base as its sibling Gans, but distinguishes itself through dry hopping. The hops come from Hollands Hophuis and give the beer a fruity character with distinct hop bitterness.
