Uiltje's Sequence Series #008 is an Imperial Red Ale matured on Sherry barrels, part of the Haarlem brewery's experimental Sequence Series. This ambitious beer marries the intensity of a strong red ale with the complexity of barrel aging. Sweet aromas of dark sugar, dried fruit and vanilla lead into a rich, dessert-like palate layered with caramel, toffee and oak from the Sherry maturation.
