Bird of Prey is a characterful IPA from Uiltje Brewing Company in Haarlem, one of their flagship beers they are particularly proud of. This fruity IPA is packed with hops, delivering both tropical and citrus fruit notes. Brewed with citra, chinook and mosaic hops, it combines intense fruitiness with a pronounced bitter finish.
