Grave Digger is an ambitious Imperial Stout from Two Chefs Brewing, Amsterdam's independent craft brewery established in 2012. This robust 10.6% ABV beer marries classic stout depth with Mexican spice: cocoa nibs, vanilla, cinnamon, and a blend of chipotle, guajillo, ancho and pasilla chiles create layers of flavour and warmth.

The nose reveals espresso and dark chocolate, while the palate builds on that richness with sweet cocoa undertones and a gradual chilli heat that intensifies in the finish. The bitterness (55 IBU) is well-integrated—not sharp, but a solid backbone that supports the Mexican ingredients throughout.
