Trots Wit is a crisp witbier from Trots Bier Rotterdam, the craft brewery founded in 2013 by four students with a mission to brew beers for and by Rotterdam. This wheat beer pours blonde and slightly hazy with a modest head.

The aroma is fresh and spicy with subtle citrus and grain notes. The palate follows suit: crisp, tart and spiced, finishing dry in true witbier fashion. An approachable thirst-quencher with enough character to hold interest, equally at home on warm afternoons or alongside light dishes.
