Peche

Timmermans Pêche is a fruit lambic from the world's oldest lambic brewery, based in Itterbeek near Brussels since 1702. This pale golden ale is crafted by adding ripe peaches to traditional lambic, a beer made from barley malt and unmalted wheat, fermented spontaneously with wild yeasts.

The nose is dominated by ripe peach character, with hints of exotic fruit complexity. On the palate, sweet and fruity flavours come through clearly, with distinctive peach notes balanced by the characteristic light sourness of lambic. The finish carries delicate fermented fruit notes.

At 4% ABV, this is a refreshing and approachable beer, ideal for warm weather drinking. The natural fruit sweetness and gentle acidity create a well-rounded, quenching experience.
