B.A.B.S. 4 from The Wild Beer Co is a blend of four distinct beers, each matured in a different barrel: Single Malt Whiskey, Bourbon, Olorosso and Palo Cortado. The Somerset-based brewery, founded on a philosophy of natural fermentation and patient barrel ageing, brings these components together after over twelve months in wood.

The aroma presents licorice, red wine and red berries. On the palate, dark cocoa and raisins emerge with full body and warming alcohol. The finish lingers with complexity drawn from the varied barrel programme, delivering a rich and decadent aftertaste.
