B.A.B.S. III from The Wild Beer Co is an ambitious blending project: four Imperial Stouts, each aged over 12 months in different barrels (Single Malt Whiskey, Bourbon, Oloroso and Palo Cortado), are brought together into one complex whole. This third edition combines a potent 18% variant with a more elegant, acid-balanced version.
