Around The Clock is an ambitious Imperial Stout from The Porterhouse Brewing Company in Dublin. This beer emerges from a distinctive brewing method: seven different malts and seven separate hop additions were processed continuously over 24 hours, followed by 180 days of maturation in bourbon and sherry casks from Dingle Distillery.

The nose reveals dark cocoa nibs, caramel and freshly ground coffee. On the palate, toasted malt, brown sugar and toffee take centre stage, supported by the warmth of 12% ABV. The texture is full and heavy, with a light bitter and subtly sour finish that keeps the beer alert and engaging. This is a serious, intense expression that earned Country Winner status at the 2021 World Beer Awards.
