Brew Society Martha Brown Eyes

Martha Brown Eyes from The Brew Society in Heule is an ambitious Quadrupel at 12% ABV, inspired by Martha, a farmer from the village who brewed her own beers in the 1920s. This dark, characterful beer weaves spicy and fruity notes into a warm, full-bodied experience.

The nose reveals caramel, liquorice and aniseed alongside dried fruit and dark chocolate. The palate unfolds smoothly with coffee and toffee, tempered by subtle licorice undertones. The finish is dry and lingering, integrating the alcohol strength with elegance.

The Brew Society sources exclusively Belgian ingredients and partners with local farmers. Secondary fermentation in the bottle adds further complexity to this Trappist-inspired brew.
