Texels Donkerd is a dark wheat beer from Texelse Bierbrouwerij, brewed on the island of Texel since 1999. This top-fermented ale originates from a converted dairy building in Oudeschild and is crafted with locally grown barley, pure dune water and quality hops.

The beer offers a full, gently sweet profile. Subtle notes of caramel and apricot add character, while a creamy texture rounds the palate. The finish is mildly bitter and clean, allowing the malt to linger without harshness.
