Moon Rabbit from Tartarus Beers is a low-alcohol stout crafted in Leeds that proves flavour needs no alcohol to shine. The brewers took an imperial stout recipe, removed the fermentables, and fermented it with LA-01 yeast to create something with genuine body and depth. It marks Tartarus's first venture into sessionable dark beer.

The nose reveals dark malt complexity alongside vanilla and tonka bean notes added during conditioning, layered with hop character from Citra, Nectaron, Dolcita and Bru-1. On the palate it drinks smooth and balanced, delivering real stout character without relying on alcohol warmth. A gentle carbonation provides texture and finish without fluffiness.
