Sullerica 1561 is an ambitious IPA from Spanish brewery Sullerica Cervesa Artesana, based in Sóller on Mallorca. Built on a full malt foundation of Maris Otter, Melanoidin and Crystal malt, this beer carries a forceful hop bitterness of 80 IBU.

The aroma is dominated by intense herbal notes backed by sweet malt undertones. On the palate, the full-bodied sweetness of the grain rivals a robust bitterness, creating a beer of clear character and uncompromising flavour.
