Once Upon A Time In Eternia is a New England IPA from Sudden Death Brewing Co., brewed in collaboration with Deep Fried Beers. This hazy IPA blends eight hop varieties, including Citra, Simcoe and Centennial, creating a layered aromatic profile. Bright lime and crushed gooseberry lead the charge, followed by ripe peach and pithy tropical fruit.

On the palate, fruity and dank character takes centre stage with soft bitterness, complemented by notes of vanilla and overripe stone fruit. A touch of sweetness rounds out the experience.
