Stone Cali-Belgique is Stone Brewing's ambitious cross-cultural experiment: a California IPA fermented with Belgian yeast. The result is a beer that honours both traditions without fully committing to either.

The nose reveals citrus zest, grapefruit and pine from American hop varieties. On the palate, fruity notes—orange, tropical fruit—mingle with warm, sweet malt character from the Belgian yeast. A spicy edge adds complexity without overwhelming the IPA balance.

The finish is dry and bitter with a pleasant warming sensation. This is neither a traditional American IPA nor a classic Belgian ale, but a hybrid that acknowledges both brewing worlds.
