Stella Artois is a Belgian pilsner with roots stretching back to 1366, when the Den Hoorn brewery was founded in Leuven. The current recipe dates to 1926 and is brewed using traditional methods with malted barley, maize, Saaz hops and water. A pale golden lager with a crisp, refreshing character.

The aroma shows floral and fruity notes from the Saaz hops. On the palate, balanced malt sweetness meets restrained hop bitterness, finishing dry and clean. This is a straightforward, sessionable lager with medium body and lively carbonation.
