Bock the Casbah is a Weizendoppelbock brewed by Stanislaus Brewskovitch, the Enschede-based brewpub located in a converted church. This strong beer marries German Bock tradition with wheat malt, creating a more intricate profile than a classic Bock typically offers.

The finish is clean and lightly bitter, avoiding the sweetness common to many Bocks. A hint of orange peel adds character. At 8% ABV it carries unexpected weight, yet remains elegant and restrained.
