Witte Donder is a wheat IPA from 100 Watt Brewery in Eindhoven, brewed with Vic Secret and Galaxy hops. This hybrid approach marries the softness and fruitiness of a witbier with the assertive hop character of an IPA.

The combination of Vic Secret and Galaxy hops delivers tropical and citrus notes, while the wheat malts—including spelt—contribute a creamy texture and subtle grain and spice undertones. This is a beer that respects both traditions without letting one overwhelm the other.
